Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from The GrandMart! If you're not satisfied, here's how our policy works:

Exchange: Items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Refund: Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered. Once approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

How to request: Contact us via WhatsApp/Instagram with your order number and photos of the item within 3 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, personal care items, and used products are not eligible for return.
